Wayne Muller is an executive leadership mentor, a psychotherapist, minister, community advocate, consultant, public speaker, and bestselling author. A graduate of Harvard Divinity School, he has spent the last 35 years working closely with people suffering abuse, alcoholism, poverty, illness, and loss. Wayne also works with individuals and small groups as a private mentor and spiritual director. He accompanies those facing radical change or transition in their life or work, helping clarify their deepest sense of meaning and purpose.
Muller has consulted with corporations and churches, hospitals and community organizations, educational institutions and philanthropic foundations. is the founder of Bread for the Journey, a network of ordinary people who engage in grassroots, neighborhood philanthropy through micro-grants. He has served as a Senior Scholar at the Fetzer Institute and is part of the extended faculty of the Institute of Noetic Sciences.
Muller co-founded The Institute of the Southwest with his wife and colleague, Kelly Wendorf. The Institute is an elegantly simple, successful, and sought-after training center dedicated to liberating individuals' natural wisdom, collaborative success, leadership, sustainable systems, and flourishing enterprises built to a human scale.
Muller lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
