MULTIPURPOSE HEALING HERBS IN AFRICA HERBAL MEDICINE BY BABALAWO OBANIFA – Reformed Africa Ifa Spirituality (RAIS) –Herbal healing Series
                                    
In this current work , Babalawo Obanifa will documents in detail some of the herbal formula available in  Africa Herbal Medicine for the treatment of  various kind of diseases or better put for the treatment  of the diseases that his name is not known. The nomenclature for the herbal formulae for this purpose is known as gbogbonise. In this work I will document some of the formulae available for such purpose.
1.
Tagiri ( Fruit of  Adenopus  Breiviflorus / Lagenaria  Breviflora)
Ewe Akoko tutu ( fresh leaves of Fertility plants /Newbouldia laevis)
Kanhun bilala (Trona)
Preparation
You will burn the aforementioned Items together.  You will mix it with Omi Osan Wewe (lime Orange Juice /Citrus Aurantifolia )
Usage
The patient will be taking One glass of it daily.
2.
Ewe Botuje tutu lopo (plenty leaves of  Jathropha Curcus )
Iru Lopo (plenty  locust beans )
Iyo (table salt )
 Iyere ( Guineaa pepper)
 Preparation
 You will grind everything together to fine powder.
Usage
The patient will be adding one table spoon of it to eko gbigbona ( hot corn meal)
3.

Egbo  Ipeta ( Root of Ipeta /unidentified)
Eepo Kasu(Roots Of Cashew tree)
Osan wewe( fruits of lime orange ?Citrus Aurantifolia )
Kananafuru (Eugenia Aromatic)
Preparation
You will boil the entire aforementioned items  together  with water.
Usage
 The patient will be taking one full table spoon of it every morning and evenings
4.
 Egbo Idi Apata ( Roots Of  Microdesmis  Puberculia /Axonopus Compresus)
Egbo Ako Ibepe ( Root of male plant pawpaw/Carica Papaya) A male pawpaw plant is pawpaw plants that does not bear fruits
Eeru Alamon ( Split Xylopia aethopica)
 Ose Dudu ( Local Black soap )
 Preparation
You will grind and pound everything together with the soap.
Usage
  The patient will be bathing with the soap. He .she can also add little out of the soap to water and drink.
5.
Egbo Awogbarun ( roots of Cannrium Scheweeinfurtii)
 Egbo Gbogbonise(Roots of  Gbogbonise )
Egbo Agbosa  (Roots of Macaranga Barteri)
Omidun /Omi ekan/Omi Ori Ogi ( Supernatants of corn paste )
Preparation
You will boil all the roots together with the Omidun /Omi ekan/Omi Ori Ogi ( Supernatants of corn paste ).
Usage
The patient will be taking one glass of it one daily.
