Translation:
We know of today
We did not know of tomorrow
Whether the day that will
come after it will be good or bad no one know
This was Ifa’s message
for Orunmila
When he was going to
spread protective shield over his children
Ifa have me protected , evils
abound out there
It is the corn -meal
leaves that protects the corn meal
Ifa have me protected ,
Evil abound out there
When an hatch its egg to
chick ,it has them protected
Ifa please protects me
evil abound out there
It is the big river that
protects the sand underneath the river
