is Oyeku .The combination Of the two is what is known as Oyekulogbe. Below are

By these we are referring

Ikosedaye and Itelodu can have their consecrated element along with their
Ifa and venerate appropriately in other to have problems -free life. It
is believe that the following Orisa and Irunmole are spiritually affiliated to

Ifa Oyeku-logbe for those born by this Odu during Itefa or Ikosedaye?
By taboo of Oyeku-logbe
we are referring to both animate and inanimate substances such as plant ,
animals and behavior that those born by Odu Ifa Oyeku-logbe during their Itefa
or Itelodu must avoid in other to have a problem free life. The following has
been gathered from different scriptural stanza in Odu Ifa Oyeku –logbe as a
taboo to avoid:

They must avoid to wear red or black dresses to avoid failure to achieve

Ifa says that it
foresees the ire of honor and chieftaincy title for this person. Ifa says that
though many people did not like the person for whom this Odu is
revealed but nonetheless, he/she will be the one to be conferred with the
exalted title in question no matter the fight, dispute or hatred he/she may
face. However Ifa advises this person to offer ebo with four pigeons,
four hens, four roosters and money, for this ifa prediction to materialize. On
this, Ifa says:

Translation:

Ifa message for
Awonrinwon, (the Alligator)
Who had been practicing
as Awo in the village
He was advised to offer
ebo
He complied
Awonrinwon please come to
the city, the awo of the village
They are calling you to
come and accept a title, please come home
Awonriwon was a
very humble Awo who practice on his farm. The new of his great work have
reached the nook and cranny of the city. It now happens at one point in time
that there was vacancy chieftaincy administrative position in his clan. Many
people were competing to ascend this chieftaincy title. Some people thought
that Awonriwon will be in better position to hold such title because of the
positive contribution and benefit that will come to generality of people if he
hold that position. They went to Invite Awonriwon from the farm. But his
competitors for the title are many. And some of them are very wealthy and they
have a lot of followers. Many are despising Awonriwon they ssaid he is a
practicing Awo in the bush. Nothwithstanding a lot of distraction Aworinwon
went to Yekuyeku Logbelogbe for Ifa consultation.The Odu Ifa that was reveal is
Oyeku-logbe. He was advised to offer ebo with with four pigeons, four hens,
four roosters and money. he complied. After Esu Odara have eating Ebo he has no
option that to work in his aid. Those who had previously abhor him begin to
admire him and he was crown as the Oba (king) of his clan.
Commentaries
The stanza of Oyeku-logbe
just narrated above emphasizes on the importance of self-confidence.
Self-confidence is the most attractive quality a person can have, because there
is now how anybody can see how great you are if you don’t see it yourself.
(ii)
Ifa says that this person
shall be given the favors that he/she had been seeking. Ifa however says that
after receiving this favors he/she must not fail to show gratitude. Ifa advises
this person to offer ebo with two pigeons, two roosters and money. on this, Ifa
says:
Osusu owo abenu jaajaa
Dia fun Onikeere
Omo ajoye mu poroporo
gbale ile baba re
Nijo ti n du Oye Ile Baba
Ebo ni won ni kowaa se
O gb’ebo, o ru’bo
Onikeere to o ba la tan
Koo ma gbagbe Awo
Translation:
The bunch of broom with
scattered tip
Ifa’s message for
Onikeere
He who celebrated his
title by using guinea-corn stem to sweep the floor of his paternal ancestor’s
home
He was advised to offer
ebo
He complied
Onikeere when you succeed
Do not forget the Awo
Onikere been discussed in
this stanza is in mists of financial struggling and he is also at the same time
trying to ascend his father throne. He went to Osusu owo abenu jaajaa for Ifa
consultation. Odu Oyeku-logbe appears for him. He was advised to offer ebo with
two pigeons, two roosters and money; He was equally advised that when he became
successful he should not forget to show appreciation for those who help him to
the top. He complied and Offer the ebo. He became extremely successful. When he
ascends the throne he begins to rule with iron hand, shown lack of appreciation
to those who help him to attain the height. This turns many people against him
and he begins to loss at all front. He quickly flash back that he was warn
aginst lack of appreciation. He made amendment where necessary to gain his
balance.
Commentaries
As some has rightly opine
that if the only prayer you say is thank you, That will be enough .gratitude is
essential in making life work. A person who feels appreciated will always do
more than necessary. This stanza depict and emphasizes on the importance of
appreciation as one of the key to success or down fall of any body.
(iii)
Ifa says that it foresees
the ire of long life for this person. Ifa assures this person that he/she shall
live long and grow old. Ifa advises him/her to offer ebo with one matured
he-goat and money. on this, Ifa says:

Ire lo tikekere ta
kese-ija-mese-mejeeji-danhin-danhin
Dia fun Gunnugun tii somo
Olojogbonloro
Ti won nikorubo si aiku
ara re

Translation:
Ahohol’ahohoomode
Ija o tan bor awo Alare
The cricket used the rein
from his youth
Ifa’s message for
Gunnugun, the Vulture
The offspring of
Olojogbonloro
He was advised to offer
ebo of long life
He complied
No gunnugun dies in his
youth
Old and feeble, I will
grow old and become frail.
(iv)
Ifa advises this
person to be careful with extra marital affair of promiscuity,Ifa says that
this may lead to untold consequence if he/she fails to stop. Ifa advises this
person to offer ebo with two roosters, two hens, eight rats, eight fish and
money. on this Oyeku-Logbe says:
Eni lailai eni igbahun
Eni igbahun leni igba

Dia fun Ologberi ti n yo
obinrin Edu fe
Ebo ni won ni kowaa se
O koti ogbonyin sebo
Ifan bowa o
Ifari won

Translation
The person of yore
The person of the very
beginning of time
This was Ifa divination
for the uninitiated
Who was having
clandestine love affair the wife of Orunmila
He was advised to offer
ebo
He refused to comply
Ifa is coming
Ifa had seen them all
Oyeku fell on Ogbe
Here comes Ifa!
Ologberi (an
uninitiated) is having secret love affairs with the wife of Edu. And He a He
has been warned to avoid this shameful act so that both of them don’t end up
disgracing themselves. But he refuses. He continues his secrets sexual affairs
with Edu’s wife. Edu wife on her part has also be warned against adultery and
promiscuity. She also refuses. Edu have offer ebo to Esu Odara to reveals their
secret to the public. The subsequent secret sexual affair between the duo
is a disaster. They glue together and were unable to separate till Edu arrived
and invite everyone to take a look at them . Edu was Happy he said that is
exactly what Ifa have said
Commentaries
90 percent of marriage
that end in divorce do involve i infidelity at some point. Apart from shame and
disgrace that come with adultery ,it is number latent factor that place curse
of divorce on marriage.
(v)
Ifa says that there is
the need for the person for whom this Odu is revealed to offer ebo and prepare
a costume for Egungun where this Odu is revealed. There is a child where
this ifa is reveal, Ifa warns this child to be careful and to do away with
misconduct. Ifa advises this person to offer ebo with two rams and money. one
of the rams will be used to feed Egungun for the child. A bundle of white
clothe is to be given to the Egungun while a rooster is to be used to feed Esu.
On this, Ifa says:

Akala ni o loso ofa
Itentere ni o loso

Ebo ni won ni kowaa se

clothes at a time
And Akala does not use
120 clothes
Tentenren does not use

Who woke up early in the

It was not as if he
offered ebo
And not as if he did

He was not sure whether
he quickly offered the ebo of Oyekulogbe
(vi)
Ifa says that this
person shall become a leader and a popular person in the community. Ifa advises
him/her to offer ebo with four pigeons, four roosters and money. on this, Ifa
says:

Eboni won nikowaa se
O gb’ebo, o ru’bo

Translation
The first rainfall is it
that gathers a lot of debris
Ifa message for Giigi
When going to receive the
title of the main frontage
He was advised to offer
ebo
He complied
Before long, not too far
Join us in the midst of
all ire of life
(vii)
Ifa says that it
foresees victory for this person. Ifa advises him/her to offer ebo with three
roosters and money. he/she also needs to feed the Ori of one of his/her
siblings as appropriate. On this, Ifa says:
Irawe oke to loun o boo
doloju
Toun omi ni won jo nlo
Dia fun Oyeku
Ti nse omoleyin Ogbe
Won niki won rubo si
aikuaraa won
Won gb’ebo, won ru’bo
Njepe kuku le

The leaves droppings
which planned to slap the stream in the face
It will go with the

Ifa’s message for Oyeku
The younger siblings of

They were both advised to
offer ebo against untimely death

face the wrath of Ogbe

foresees the ire of prosperity for this person. Ifa assures this person that
he/she shall be very successful. His/her matter shall return to joy. Ifa
advises this person to offer ebo with one pig, two pigeons and money. on this,
Ifa says:

Translation:
Oyekulogbe the awo of

He cast Ifa for Yalumo
When lamenting his
inability to receive all Ire of life
He was advised to offer
ebo
He complied
Now dance Yalumo, if you
feel like dancing
