IFA CHANTS/PRAYERS IN TIME OF EPIDEMIC, PANDEMIC AND PLAGUE BY BABALAWO OBANIFA-Obanifa extreme documentaries
In this current work, Babalawo
Obanifa will document one of the leading chants available in Africa Ifa spirituality
that can be used for personal and community protection in time of Epidemic
and plague. It can also be used as spiritual mechanism to put an end to
Epidemic and plague in a household, community and nation. In unsettling times,
such as a pandemic, we need to turn to Olodumare(God )in times of
fear and uncertainty as we do in times of joy and celebration. In the wake of
an outbreak of serious illness and disease, we need prayer to God
and all the divinities in charge of the universe to heal us. To heal us from
our fear, which prevents nations from
working together and neighbors from helping
one another. One of the leading chants against epidemic in Africa Ifa spirituality
is derived from Odu Ifa Oyeku Iwori also known as Oyeku-biwori. This
chant can be use by an individual and his /her household, it can also be use
for a whole community. The mode of use is different in each case. I will illustrate
in this work, how to use it in each case.
Personal Use
You will use Iyo Isebe
(table salt) to imprint Odu Ifa Oyeku Iwori thus on any flat plate or board.

Usage
You will add the salt to
water. You can bath with it or even mop your abode with it.
It is instructive to note
that mere chanting of this prayer will achieve the desire result.

Preparation
You will squeeze all the
aforementioned leaves with water. Pour the gin inside it. Break the snails and pour the water inside it. You will
then severe the head of Adiye Opipi(wingless hen ) and drip it blood inside it. You will use
Iyerosun to imprint Odu Ifa Oyeku Iwori
thus:

you imprint inside the preparation. The priest
will be dipping a bunch of broom inside it and they will throw it around the
town or city . It must cut across the four corners of the community in
question.
