Preparation
You will burn the entire aforementioned
items to fine powder .
Usage
You will be adding one full table spoon of the
herbal powder to hot food such as Eko gbigbona (hot orn meal) Asaro gbigbona (
hot porridge ) or hot cooked bean , to be eating like that morning and evening
.
