Babalawo Obanifa will document one of the Yoruba incantatory chants for longevity
of life known as Atepe.Atepe is na incantatory chants that is not traceable to
any odu Ifa. neither is it traceable to
Aasan . If fall under the category of what is strictly known as Ofo. Ofo Atepe
can be use in day to day prayers. It can also be used in praying for a new born baby during naming ceremony. An elder can also use it to pray for their
subordinate. Below is the documentation of extract of Ofo Atepe available in
Yoruba spirituality:

Afefele ni oruko ti a n

Translations:
Awamaridi (what can not
be unravel) is the name of afefe(air)
Afefele is the name of
Omi(water)
Atepe is the name ile-le(mother
earth)
Some people are going
-some people are coming back is the name of mother earth
Awamaridi let me be able to sue you for long
Afefele let me be able to
consume you for long
Atepe (ile )(Mother earth)
let me be able to step on you for long
I should steps on you and
live in longevity
Earth I have known your
name .I should stay here for long.
