In this current work Babalawo
Obanifa will document one of the wrestling charm available in Yoruba
spirituality. There are various kind of wrestling charm that can be use by warrior
or wrestler . In Yoruba spirituality the

.We have Ogun Ijakadi, Alusubu,Alusare.Alumumi, Agbeti, Agbefuye,Aluwo, and Subusere.
In this work I will be documenting Subusere. Subusere is preparation that make the prospective
wrestler or fighter that is trying to fight the user to be falling down in sequence and lack the ability to stand up and fight. To prepare the Subusere been
document in this work you will need:
KORIKO ERUWA(Leaves of
Adropogon Tectorium)
Ewe Amunimuye(leaves of
Seneciao Abyssinnicus)
Panumo Abo(Uniedntfied)
Ewe Apada mesan(Nine
leaves of Uriria picta)
Irun Ehin Olongbo(hair of
the back of a cat)
Ogede paranta /Ogede omini(banana
fruits Musa Sapentum)
Eyo Ataare mesan (nine
seeds of alligator pepper)
Preparation
You will grind the entire
aforementioned Items together excluding
the banana.You will slice the banana .Put the little of the paste of the
preparation inside it. You will add a lot of finger rings to it. You will use
the rest of the paste too cover it. You will tie it with rope. You will buried it
at the refuse dump. Leave it for seven days. You will remove the ring.
Usage
You will be wearing the
ring in your hands or leg when you are going for wrestling match.
