In this series Babalawo Obanifa will document varieties of herbal formula available In African spirituality for bringing into manifestation our spoken words whether positive one or negative. The nomenclature for this type of formula in Yoruba spirituality is known as Afose.  Whenever Afose is used, the words spoken happens or manifest that day or sometime later in the future depending on the potency of the Afose used. or the nature of potency of ingredient use in preparing such  Afose .Afose have potency of manifestation over the animate and inanimate object such as human,animal,tree,plants, and force of nature such as rain,moon,and sun, and wind. It can be use for either positive or negative purpose depending on the intention of the user. It can be use for prayer and it can be use to curse the enemies.  In this work I will document some of the effective Afose formula available in Yoruba spirituality:

Iru oka (cobra tail)

Ewe onisemise

Eyo atare meje

Oko oka (combra teeth that is removed from it intestine after killing it)

Obirisoko(Anchomanes Difformis plant)

Preparation

You will grind the Iru oka (cobra tail)Ewe onisemise,Eyo atare meje into fine paste, go the the bush and slice the bulb of Obirisoko(Anchomanes Difformis plant) put the paste inside it .Insert Oko oka (combra teeth that is removed from it intestine after killing it). Allow it to soak for a day. On the secont day go and removed the Oko oka (combra teeth that is removed from it intestine after killing it).

Use

You will be using the Oko oka (combra teeth that is removed from it intestine after killing it)  you remove from it to be touching your tongue anytime you which to pray or curse some one.

Ewe Gbodogi(leaves of Magaphrynium Macrostachyum)

Eyo abere kan(one needle)

Epo pupa(red palm oil)

Preparation

Pour the red palm oil inside a clay pot, pound the leaves into paste and put it inside it.soak the needle inside it for a day and remove it.

 You will be using the needle to touch your mouth to pray or curse your enemies

You will say the following words

Oju atupa ni epo inu re n gbe

Translation

It is in the presence of Atupa(lantern)that its oil dry up, any teen I say today must come to manifestation.

 Egbo taba (roots of Nicotina tobacum)

Iru oka (cobra tail)

Eyo atare meje(seven seeds of alligator pepper)

Preparation

You will grind the tree aforementioned item together to fine paste.

Use razor to ,make three incision at underneath your lower lip and same on your upper lip. You apply the paste on the incisions and allow it to heal.

Uses

You will be using the your lower lips to touch your upper lips when you want to use it.You can use it to curse or pray.
