The sacred message
contain in the first stanza of this
Odu as exhibit by Ega to overcome
her age long barrenness is that of courage and spirit of keeping trying until your
dream come true. It is true that it can be frustrating to watch everyone else’s dreams come true while knowing your own are slipping
farther and farther away from becoming a reality. In such situation you need to put on courage
in this sense is to develop the taught that will always say I will try tomorrow
even though I fail today. In most Cases, the moment you try to quit is usually
the moment right before miracle happen. Don’t ever give up.

The major lesson in
this stanza emphasis the essence of listening to preponderance of wise counsel especially
if it is coming from various quarters. We should always seek guidance on trade
or profession compatible with our destiny. Man must leave according to their
nature. If plant cannot live according to it nature it die , so is man.

Ifa advises this
person to offer ebo for longevity. He or she should offer ebo with eight pigeons, eight guinea-fowls, eight
roosters and money. he/she also needs to
venerate and feed Obatala with 16 land snails
and 16 yams. He/she also has to feed Ifa with eight rats, eight fish, one hen
and palm-oil. On this, Ifa says:

Ifa advises this
person to offer ebo for victory over enemies. This enemy is strong and tough.
If he/she did not desist, he/she may end up losing his/her life. Ifa advises
this person to offer ebo with one matured he-goat and money. He/she also needs
to feed Ifa with one hen, and feed Ogun with one rooster. While feeding the
Ogun they need to shoot a gun. On this, Ifa says:

that did not change their bad way toward Orunmila loss their life in the
process. Orunmila was happy he said, that is what ifa has predicted,

V.
Ifa advises a barren
woman to offer ebo of childbearing. She should offer EBO with eight guinea-fowls, eight hens, eight pigeons
and money. she also needs to feed Obatala with one whole deer. There is
misunderstanding here and misunderstanding had being long. Ifa says that
Obatala is already angry with the whole family because of this crises going on.
There is an urgent reason for them to settle this crisis and feed Obatala with
the deer. On this, Ifa says:

to offer ebo against the fight of the Irunmole. Ifa says that if this problem starts,
it is going to be very disastrous. Ifa advises this person to offer ebo with
two he-goats and money. they need to feed Ifa with one matured she-goat, they
need to feed Sango with one matured ram, they need to feed Esu Odara with one
rooster, they need to feed Ogun with one rooster, they also need to feed Obaluaye
with one matured he-goat, roasted maize, plenty of palm-oil, plenty of
palm-wine and so on. On this, Ifa says:
