IFA PRAYERS AGAINST DISGRACE BY BABALAWO OBANIFA

 Many a times human being can find their selves in a situation that will likely expose them to disgrace and humiliation, or some time they may under apprehension that they are about to suffer disgrace due to certain shortcoming on their part or that of others. Whatever the case may be .Apart from the physical measure needed to prevent such ugly occurrence, prayers is also need to avoid such occurrence. One of the traditional Ifa prayer that can be used to avoid disgrace is found in holy Odu Ifa  Ogbe Irete/Ogbe ate. To make this Ifa prayer you will  need the following:

Iyo obe (table salt)

Omi iwe(a bucket of water)

Epo pupa (red palm oil)

You will pour the salt on your left hand , you will imprint Odu Ifa Ogbe ate  with it.Ogbe Irete is imprinted thus:

You will then chant the following Ifa prayers on it thus:

Tetente awo  Ode Egba

Tetente awo Ode Ijesa

Kaka ki awo o te

Awo a lo apa Okun

Awop a re ilameji Osa

Awo a lo ko ire  Ide ,Iyun,a ko jujunu wa sinu’le

Awo a lo to epo to iyo la

Difa fun Molowolagbira

Ti n se omo bibi inu Agboniregun

Ebon i won ni ko se

O gbebo, o rubo

Ifa ma je ki n te

Mo rowo ru eku

Ifa mon je n te

Mo rowo ru eja

Ifa mon je n te

Mo rowo ru eye

Ifa mon je n te

Mo rowo rue ran

Ifa mon je n te

Mo lowo lagbira

Ifa mon je n te nibi mo n ree

Ase!!

Translations:

Tetente is their Awo in Egba land

Tetente Awo of Ijesa land

Instead of Awo to suffer disgrace

Awo will travel to sea-side

He will go to where the lagoon is partition to two

He will go and bring home ornaments made of brass and coral beads

He will bring fortune home

Awo will go and have taste of palm oil and salt

This was Ifa divination for Molowolagbira ( I have money in hand –bag)

He was advised to offer ebo

He complied

Ifa prevent me from been disgrace

I have money to buy rat and fish to offer

ebo

Ifa prevent me from been disgrace

I have money to buy birds and goats to offer ebo

Ifa prevent me from been disgraced

I have money in my hand bag

Where I am going, Ifa prevent me from been disgrace

Ase!

You will put little out of the salt into the bowl of water; you will dip your finger into red palm oil. You will lick it ant taste salt. You will bathe with the water. By grace Olodumare, disgrace will be averted.
