Dehydration as the cause of
all ailments
a.
Water
shortage in the body, inability or unwillingness to drink enough water, is at
the root of all ailments, including cancer. However, there are some self-imposed
ailments such as veneral diseases, alcoholism, hiv/aids, drugs and caffeine,
which will still afflict their victims regardless of the amount of water they
consume.
Fortunately, those self-imposed and those
caused by dehydration all have one cure- HYDRATION
– DRINKING ADEQUATE CLEAN WATER.
b.
When
the BODY is dehydrated, the CELLS of the body become depleted of
their energy normally received from water. The cells, at this stage of
dehydration, depend on
energy from food.
energy from food.
The ENZYMES,
in an attempt to METABOLIZE (breakdown)
food, need water because they are only able to operate in alkaline (fluid
condition) environment. Where the water is not readily available, they tap the water
in the food we eat and use it to metabolize, thus causing problems of
digestion, leading to constipation and further dehydration.
c.
The
food we eat, if not balanced, may be more of carbohydrates and fat which, if
not broken down with FRUITS, VEGETABLES
AND WATER will be converted and stored by body as fats.
URIC
ACID may develop from stored fat and manifest
as ARTHRITIS and back pain and, if
not given immediate attention, the joints may become stiff.
d.
There
are two sensations of HUNGER and THIRST registered in the brain. Most of
the time, we tend to respond to the hunger sensation we are, in fact, thirsty.
This leads to OBESITY.
e.
ASTHMA is not a disease, but a crisis complication of water
inadequacy in the body. If you want to prove this point, drink plenty of water
and asthma will disappear, especially if you add salty after the water has been
taken. The salt is even better than the inhaler!
f.
The
relationship between acid and alkaline is measured on a scale of 1:14; this
scale is known as pH.
From
1 to 7 is the ACID range; from 7 to 14 is ALKALINE range; where 7 is less ALKALINE
than 14, where 7 is NEUTRAL.
The
best natural pH is 7.4 of the interior of the cell, when the cell is slightly
alkaline.
This slightly alkaline state suits the
enzymes which function inside the cell; in this state there is adequate flow of
water, in and out of the cells.
WATER
CURE
How much water? Can it be too much? How
often should we take water? Is water enough to cure all ailments?
We will attempt to answer some of these
questions with the following statements.
a.
The body loses water daily:
i.
Through the lungs as we breathe
ii.
Through urination
iii.
Through bowel movement
b.
Water
is the first nutrient the body needs to generate energy and dissolve all the
minerals, protein, starch etc. and to carry them, in the form of blood, around
the body for distribution.
c.
The backbones of water cure programme
are:
·
Sufficient water intake – 41/2
litres daily for the person of average weight
·
Sufficient salt intake – ½ teaspoon
daily.
·
Regular exercises – walking equivalent of
2km daily.
·
A balanced diet:
·
Calcium – 1000 – 1400mg daily
·
Potassium – 2000 – 4000mg daily
·
Magnesium – 400 – 800mg daily.
·
Plenty of vegetables and fruits.
d.
Water
clears toxic wastes from different parts of the body and takes them to liver
and kidneys for disposal.
e.
Water
is the main lubricant in the spaces between the joints and thus helps to
prevent and cure arthritis and back pain.
f.
Water
acts as shock absorbers for the spinal disc.
g.
Water
acts as laxative for constipation.
h.
Water
reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
i.
Water
reduces clogging of arteries in the heart and the brain.
j.
Water
can reduce fatigue
k.
Water
can make your skin smoother and decrease the effects of ageing.
l.
Water
can prevent glaucoma and make the eyes shines.
m. Water dilutes the blood and prevents it from
clotting during circulation.
n.
Water
decreases pre-menstrual pains and hot flashes.
o. As dehydration can cause impotence
because it prevents sex hormone production, water can prevent impotence and can
reverse the condition.
p. Water can help you lose weight.
q. Water can reduce incidence of
morning sickness in pregnancy.
r. Water helps to prevent memory loss
which comes with ageing.
s. Water helps to reduce the risk of:
·
Alzheimer’s
disease
·
Multiple
sclerosis
·
Parkinson’s
disease
·
Lou
Gehrig’s disease
t.
Water helps to reduce addictive
urges for caffeine, alcohol, drugs.
u.
Because the body is
not able to store excess water, it is necessary to satisfy the body’s daily
need of 41/2 litres (3 Eva bottles), this must be
consumed throughout the day as follows:
Ø One eva bottle (11/2 litres) early in the
morning.
Ø 1/3 eva bottles
30 minutes before, and 1/3 eva bottle 21/2
hours after each meal daily.
v.
As we said earlier,
salt must be taken daily. When we urinate, we lose salt and it must be replaced
for optimum health.
Salt is a strong anti-stress for the body.
w.
Salt is useful in extracting
excess acidity from inside the cells, particularly in the brain cells.
x.
Salt is vital for the kidneys
to clear excess acidity which is passed on to the urine. Without sufficient
salt the body becomes more and more acidic.
y.
Salt is vital for the
prevention and treatment of cancer whose cells do not like oxygen. Water takes
oxygen to the cancer cells.
z.
Fruits and vegetables
are important for maintaining the pH balance of the body.
ü MALARIA
a.
If you have malaria,
take 71/2 litres of water (i.e. 5 bottles of Eva) in 12
to 15 hours. It should be cured within 48 hours.
b.
If you do not want to
have malaria, take every day, 41/2 litres of water (i.e.
3 bottles of Eva). If you weigh more than 89kg, you will have to drink more
water as shown in the table below:

ü STOMACH/PEPTIC
ULCER
Any of
the following (or a combination) treatments is effective:
a)
Juice of pawpaw,
cucumber, pineapple, carrots and tomatoes brewed at home with fresh fruits
without sugar.
b)
Okro, because of its
thick, gooey nature, when cooked, heals ulcer. It neutralizes hydrochloric
acid; it causes the stomach to empty more promptly.
c)
Honey; eat as much
pure honey as you can afford.
d)
Cabbage
Cabbage contains the anti-ulcer vitamin D plus chlorine and
sulfur, which help cleanse the mucus membranes of the stomach.
1.
Start with 5 glasses
of fresh cabbage juice for 2 days; reduce to 4 glasses the next 5 days, 3
glasses the next week.
2.
Four (4) glasses of
fresh cabbage juice daily (a quart) for one week.
Take 41/2 litres of water daily, regardless
of the treatment chosen
ü ASTHMA
Take 41/2 litres of water daily regardless
of the amount of water taken, if you have an attack, take 2 glasses of water,
followed with a pinch of salt. When you want to sleep at night, regardless of
the amount of water taken during the day, even without attack, take 2 glasses
of water and a pinch of salt.
ü ARTHRITIS/RHEUMATISM
THE MAIN CAUSE: uric acid from carbohydrate, fatty foods.
